Addition and Subtraction of Decimals
In addition of
decimals or subtraction of decimals,
we should arrange the decimal numbers vertically in such a way that their
decimal points be in the same vertical line. After the decimal point for any
number, we can put as many zeros as the place value needs. Then the operation
of addition or subtraction is done as normally as in the case of whole numbers.
